Wit's Cynthia Nixon Discusses the Joys of Her Daily Shave on Live! With Kelly

Tony and Emmy-winning actress Cynthia Nixon stopped by Live! With Kelly on January 24 to show off her newly shaved scalp and discuss her role as cancer patient Vivian Bearing in Broadway’s Wit, which opens on January 26 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. Gone were the redhead’s fiery tresses as she admitted to Kelly Ripa and guest host Mary J. Blige that being bald is a lot harder than it looks. "I thought it was kind of gonna be no muss-no fuss, but I have to shave it every day!" Nixon confessed giggling. "It's got kind of a five o'clock shadow, and you don't want to go on with that."
